You will need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 to 1 glass of coconut water
- 1/2 to 1 glass of almond milk
- 2 tsps of shredded coconut
- 2 tsps of raw cacao
- 1 tsps ground flaxseeds
- A couple of ice cubes
Throw it all in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
